- Sometimes you purchase theatre tickets in advance, and some unforeseen situation arises which prevents you from attending the performance. Rather than suffer the financial loss, our service extends to reselling your tickets for you -- enabling you to recoup most of your expenses. This practice is called consignment.
- If you find you cannot attend a certain performance, you should immediately contact and notify us of the predicament. We require to take physical possession of the tickets in order to begin our systematic process of reselling your tickets. This is an active service -- we seek out buyers for you. We do not take any tickets on consignment if we cannot take possession of the physical tickets.
- Tickets can be left with us in person at our main office, or at any of our branch offices located in midtown Manhattan hotels. Or, if you are out-of-town, you can send us the tickets via registered U.S. mail, Federal Express, UPS or Airborne. This should be done only after you have contacted us by telephone or Email and have made an agreement with one of our agents. The shipment should be addressed to that agent.
- As long as the tickets have not been resold, you may always reclaim the tickets for yourself or a third party.
Service charges may apply.
- All cancellations are subject to resale and refunded at the box office price. This means that a partial refund will be made if and only if we are successful in re-selling your tickets. If successful the refund shall be equal to the face value of each ticket re-sold. The service charge and handling fee are forfeited
- Exchanges are honored on a case by case basis and an additional service charge and handling fee may be assessed
